Construction of 30 new residential units (net area approx. 2400m²) in 2 cross wings and a side wing, as well as 2 residential units (250m²) in an attic conversion in the front building. Planning permission 2018
Housing Kreuzberg II
Two new buildings in the courtyard as well as an Attic extension on the front building were planned to house 35 Apartments. The new buildings adapt to the existing typical Berlin Block context of front and back buildings.
